Heard Mr. Devashish Mishra, learned Advocate, holding for Mr. M.K. Gupta, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. Nripendra Mishra, learned counsel for respondents.
The writ petition is directed against a show cause notice dated 7.2.2018. The petitioners have already submitted their reply to the show cause notice.
That being so, we dispose of the writ petition directing the concerned authority to consider the petitioners' reply and decide the show cause notice, if not decided already, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of four weeks from today. The petitioners are directed to communicate this order to the concerned authority along with a copy of the writ petition and annexures within a period of one week from today.
