Premnendra Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions submits that he is not desirous of pressing the payers made in the writ petition and desires to apply a fresh for arms license and prayed that in case such an application is filed, the same may be considered expeditiously.
Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the above submission.
The writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the authority concerned that in case the petitioner files an application for fresh arms license within a period of eight weeks, the same shall be considered expeditiously in accordance with law preferably within a period of one year.
