This appeal has been filed by merely depositing Rs.5/- as court fees. The Stamp Reporter has reported the deficiency of court fees to be Rs.9965/-. On 21.09.2016, this court passed the following order:
"As prayed by Sri Kripa Shankar Shukla, learned counsel for the appellants, list after three weeks to enable the appellants to make good the deficiency of court fees."
Thereafter, the case was listed several times but it was passed over either on the illness slip or request of learned counsel for the appellants. On 13.01.2017, the case was passed over on the illness slip of learned counsel for the appellants. It was again listed on 03.05.2017 but it was passed over on the request of learned counsel for the appellants. More than two years have passed but the appellants have not yet deposited the court fees.
In view of the aforesaid, the appeal is dismissed. Order Date :- 28.11.2018 NLY
