Submission of learned counsel for the applicant is that the applicant is wholly innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case, while he is absolutely innocent person and he has nothing to do with this alleged incident. Due to conspiracy of enemies and political pressure, he has been falsely implicated in the present case. All the witnesses of the incident are police personnel. Keeping in view the nature of the offence, evidence, complicity of the accused, severity of punishment, submissions of counsel for the parties, particularly it is a case of no injury, without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, I am of the view that the applicant has made out a case for bail.
