Sri Chandrika Prasad, learned counsel representing the Union respondents has placed on the record a communication received from the Debt Recovery Tribunal apprising him of the fact that the Debt Recovery Officer has been appointed at Allahabad on 20 August 2019. In view thereof and bearing in mind the nature of prayers which are made on the writ petition, the same shall stand disposed of with the observation that the Debt Recovery Officer, before whom the objections dated 1 January 2018 are stated to have been preferred, shall move in the matter with due expedition and dispose of those objections with notice to all affected parties including the private respondents herein, in accordance with law. The Debt Recovery Officer shall endeavour to conclude proceeedings pertaining to those objections preferably within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
