JUDGMENT / ORDER

Writ petition of the year 2010 prays for One Time Settlement. In fact, a stay was granted by interim order dated 10.2.2010 on remittance of Rs.25,000/- within a week. The stay was, however, confined to six weeks. No extension was made. Petitioners' counsel is absent when the matter was taken up. Writ petition is dismissed for default.
