The petitioner, a stage carriage operator conducting services on the route Punalur-Kappilangad Devi Temple with stage carriage bearing Regn. No.KL 2 G/3177 has submitted Exhibit P4 application for the issue of a temporary permit. He complains that the said application has not been considered. The Government Pleader on instructions submits that the application would be considered and necessary orders would be passed thereon. 2. According to the counsel for the petitioner, the permit of the petitioner has expired on 25.05.2014. At present, his vehicle is idling. Therefore, he seeks the issue of appropriate orders expeditiously.
This writ petition is, in the above circumstances, disposed of directing the respondent to consider Exhibit P4 application in accordance with law and to pass appropriate W.P.(C) No.13219 of 2014-B -:2:-
orders thereon, issuing the temporary permit, if the vacancy is subsisting and there are no other impediments.
