1. Petitioner has filed this writ petition complaining about the inaction on the part of the revenue authorities in not evicting respondents 5 to 8 and other encroachers from puramboke land in spite Ext.P3 order of the second respondent. Learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that necessary notices have been issued to the encroachers and respondents 5 to 8 herein. They had challenged the said notices before this Court and the writ petitions were disposed of directing the District Collector to consider and pass orders on the representation filed by the petitioners, in accordance with the procedure prescribed.
2. In pursuance to Ext.P2 judgment, the second respondent conducted hearing and the petitioner was also given an opportunty to submit his grievance regarding denial of public W.P.(C)No.14067 of 2014 -:2:-
pathway by respondents 5 to 8. On the basis of the report of the third respondent that respondents 5 to 8 have illegally trespassed into the puramboke land, the second respondent vide order dated 3.5.2014 directed the third respondent to evict the unauthorised occupants from the puramboke land.
3. Government Pleader seeks three months' time for evicting the encroachers subject to finality of the said proceedings.
4. Since the District Collector has already taken a decision in the matter, I do not think that there is any necessity to pass any further direction in the matter. In the circumstances, taking on record the submission of the learned Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of.
