(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE JAYANT PATEL) The present application has been preferred by the applicant-convict for temporary bail on the ground that he wants to attend the marriage ceremony of his own son.
Pursuant to the earlier order passed bythis Court, the learned APP, based on the report from Police Superintendent, Amreli, states that the marriage is fixed and the ground is genuine. The jail report shows that earlier when he was released, he surrendered in time.
Under the circumstances, the applicant-convict be released on temporary bail from 8.2.2012 to 21.2.2012 on personal bonds of Rs. 5000/- with one surety of the like amount with further direction that he shall surrender before the Jail Authority on 22.2.2012. The application is allowed to the aforesaid extent. Rule is made absolute. DS permitted.
