1. In ordinary course, this Court would not have permitted learned counsel Ms.Binoda Gajjar, who now appears for the petitioners, to address the Court, as the matter was already heard and arguments were concluded on 28.09.2012 and, in fact, the matter was kept for orders on 01.10.2012.

2. By order dated 03.10.2012, as a last chance, this Court permitted the petitioners to produce further documents, if any, and the matter was kept today.

3. Ms.Binoda Gajjar, learned counsel states that she has received instructions to appear on behalf of the petitioners.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts, as a last chance, S.O. to 11.10.2012.
