Ravaji vs State

The present applicant was convicted for the offence punishable under Section 302 of Indian Penal Code and sentenced to undergo life imprisonment. Against the said judgment and order, the applicant filed appeal before the appellate Court being Criminal Appeal No.493 of 2011. In view of the above, remedy is available to the applicant to file appropriate application before the appellate Court. Hence, this application is rejected.
