Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Vikas Sahai, learned counsel for the State as well as Sri Deepak Dubey, learned counsel for the informant and perused the record.
The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in case crime No.344 of 2018, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 307, 506, 120B I.P.C., Police Station Nawabad, District- Jhansi with the prayer to enlarge him on bail.
For the purposes of evaluating the prayer for bail, the Court takes into consideration the evidence gathered in the course of investigation which tends to indicate the complicity of the applicant in the hatching of the conspiracy which led to the commission of the crime in question. The Court is further apprised that the applicant has already been convicted in two previous criminal cases of which one has attained finality consequent to dismissal of the appeal by the Supreme Court. In that view of the matter, the Court finds no ground to enlarge the applicant on bail.
Consequently, the application is rejected.
