1. By way of present application, filed under Section-439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, the applicant has prayed to release him on regular bail in connection with C.R.No.II-30 of 2011 registered with Limdi Police Station, Surendranagar for the offence under Sections-8 (C) , 20(b) and 29 of the NDPS Act.
2. Heard learned advocate for the applicant. Considering Section-37 of the NDPS Act, this bail application is not tenable as huge quantity of Ganja is recovered during the investigation. The quantity recovered during the investigation is more than commercial quantity.
3. In view of above, this application is rejected. Rule is discharged.
