JUDGMENT / ORDER

Adjournment is requested for by Mr. Patel, learned advocate for the petitioner, on the ground that the respondent has served reply affidavit yesterday and he needs time to file rejoinder.
Mr. Bhatt, learned Senior Counsel, appearing with Mr. Mehta, learned advocate for the respondent No.3, has raised serious objection. He submitted that because of the announcement regarding election, this dispute is raised, after long delay. It is also submitted that the petitioner has no objection if the proceedings are adjourned to any date in December-2012.
However, the Court is not inclined to granted such long adjournment.
