Heard Sri Sandeep Kumar, learned counsel for the applicants, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicants with the prayer to direct the court below to decide the application for Interim Maintenance as well as the Misc. Criminal Case No. 81 of 2015 (Smt. Ratna Rani Sinha & others vs. Vibhash Chandra), under Section 125 Cr.P.C., Police Station- Nonhara, District- Ghazipur, pending in the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Ghazipur, within stipulated period.
Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, as this Court is not aware of the schedule/docket of the trial court concerned, it is expected that the trial court will make all endeavor to decide the each case early.
In view of above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the Principal Judge, Family Court, Ghazipur to decide the application for Interim Maintenance as well as the Misc. Criminal Case No. 81 of 2015 in accordance with law without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment.
