THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING ORDER “The petitioner is the sole accused. He seeks for grant of bail. He allegedly committed offences under Sections 363, 384 and 376 read with Section 511 IPC. The petitioner has been in jail since 30.1.2014. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the charge sheet had already been filed. In view of the filing of the charge sheet, I deem it appropriate to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is allowed. The petitioner is enlarged on bail on a personal bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties in a likesum to the satisfaction of the learned VIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad.”
