Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State.
The only prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that this Court may direct the authority concerned to carry out fair investigation in Case Crime No.585 of 2019 under sections 304,323 & 504 I.P.C., P.S. Dhanghata, Sant Kabir Nagar.
The aforesaid prayer is not such which cannot be granted, hence, is granted.
The authority concerned shall take all action to see that proper investigation as per the provision of Cr.P.C. is carried out in the aforementioned case crime number and concluded as expeditiously as possible.
With the aforesaid observations, present petition is disposed of.
