Petitioners are the Association of Ration Retail Dealers and Salesman Federation. According to the petitioners, the Public Distribution System has become uneconomical and Ration Retail Dealers is not in a position to conduct the business honestly and fulfill the purpose of Public Distribution System. Petitioner’s grievance is that commission and other benefits given to them is very low and it requires a revision. Petitioners have raised their grievances before the respondent as per Ext.P1. In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the respondent to consider the grievances of the petitioners as per Ext.P1 after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners’ representative within a period of two months.
