1. Present appeal is preferred by the appellants – Special Land Acquisition Officer, Narmada Project, Unit 2, Vadodara and others challenging the judgment and order passed by the learned Principal Senior Civil Judge, Bharuch, in Land Reference Case Nos.789 to 796 of 2006 dated 29.1.2011.
2. This Court has dismissed the First Appeal Nos.1761 of 2012 to 1764 of 2012 vide order 21.8.2012. Present Appeal is arising out of Land Acquisition Reference No.795 of 2006, which is a cognate matter of Land Reference Case Nos.789 of 2006 and allied matters. The claimant namely Urmilaben Wd/o. Ramanbhai Ranchhodbhai has expired and, therefore, this Appeal has been left out from group of aforesaid 4 First Appeals, while deciding said group (First Appeal Nos.1761 of 2012 and allied matters). Now, the heirs of said deceased claimant are on record of this First Appeal.
3. In view of the order passed by this Court in First Appeal No.1761 of 2012 to First Appeal No.1764 of 2012, this Appeal deserves to be dismissed. This Appeal is dismissed on the same line as order passed by this Court in First Appeal No.1761 of 2012 and allied matter.
