[1] This Court on 21st January 2013 passed the following order.
1. This Court by order dated 13.12.2012, passed following order.
Registry is directed to bring to the notice of the Legal Authority that learned advocate Ms.Trusha Mehta who was appearing in the Second Appeal for the appellant had informed the Court through learned Assistant Government Pleader that she had already handed over the papers of the Second Appeal to the Legal Authority and, the Legal Authority was to take an action to appoint another advocate for and on behalf of the appellant. The Legal Authority be requested to take suitable action. S.O to 27th December 2012.
Unfortunately no information is provided to this Court as to what action was taken by the legal authority to appoint another advocate for and on behalf of the appellant. Under these circumstances, issue notice to the applicant returnable on 18.2.2013.
[2] The endorsement on the board shows that the notice to the applicants has been duly served. However, neither the applicants nor anybody on their behalf is present. Hence, the application stands dismissed for default.
