1. After the matter is heard at length, learned advocate Mr.P.P. Majmudar, for the appellants - petitioners states that he does not like to have any order in this Letters Patent Appeal as well as Special Civil Application. Therefore, he seeks permission to withdraw the Letters Patent Appeal and Special Civil Application in view of the later development. Permission is granted. Letters Patent Appeal as well as Special Civil Application are disposed of as withdrawn.
2. No order in Civil Application as Letters Patent Appeal is disposed of.
3. At the request of learned advocate Mr.P.P. Majmudar, it is clarified that the Court was not required to examine the merits of the matter.
