Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed to expedite the proceeding of Sessions Trial No. 219 of 2017 (State Vs. Manoj and others) arising out of case crime No. 58 of 2017,under section 147, 148, 149, 342, 308, 323, 325 IPC, P.S. Khurja Dehat, District Bulandshahr pending in the Court of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, Bulandshahr.
Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the aforementioned trial is pending since the year 2017. The only prayer made by the applicant is to give direction to the court below to gear up the trial.
Keeping in view that the trial relates to the year 2017, I hereby direct the learned Additional District & Judge, Bulandshahr expeditiously without giving unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
With the aforesaid directions, this 482 Cr.P.C. application is finally disposed of.
