This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking direction to the court below for early decision of Criminal Case No.269 of 2016 (Smt. Rati Vs. Vikash), under Section 125 Cr.P.C., Police Station Sector 49, Noida, District Gautam Budh Nagar pending in the Court of Family Court/ F.T.C II, Gautam Budh Nagar.
The submission is that the application of the applicant under Section 125 Cr.P.C is pending since 2016.
Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the Family Court / F.T.C II, Gautam Budh Nagar to decide the application under Section 125 Cr.P.C within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
