The dispute involved in this writ petition is squarely covered by a decision of Division Bench of this Court rendered in Writ-C No. 35693 of 2019 (Smt. Maya Devi and 5 others Vs. State of U.P. and 2 others) by judgment and order dated 5.11.2019.
Considering the aforesaid, no relief can be granted to the petitioners.
The writ petition is devoid of merit and is dismissed.
