All these matters are placed in view of the order dated 09.08.2012 passed by the Hon'ble the Chief Justice. These matters were earlier listed before this Court but were not treated as part-heard. Upon filing of a Civil Application No.6313/2012 and submissions made by the Registry, the matters are placed before this Court. In all these matters, the pleadings are almost complete and therefore, considering the nature of urgency, they are ordered to be heard on 31st August, 2012.
It is made clear that on 31st August, 2012, under no circumstances, any further time will be granted.
