1. The applicant has prayed for below mentioned relief:
"15(B) The Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the respondent nos.1 to 7 to join the applicants as a party respondent Nos.3 to 24 in Special Civil Application No.8396 of 2011 in the interest of justice."
2. Heard learned advocate Mr. Desai for the applicant, learned advocate Mr.Pujara for respondent nos.1 to 7 and learned AGP Mr.H. K. Patel for respondent no.8.
3. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made by learned advocate for the applicants and respondent nos.1 to 7 and considering the fact that learned advocate for the respondents has no objection if the applicants are joined at their own cost in proceedings related to Special Civil Application No.8396 of 2011, below mentioned order is passed:
3.1. The application is allowed in terms of para-5(B).
3.2. Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent.
3.3. The applicants are permitted to join the proceedings of Special Civil Application No.8396 of 2011 at their own cost.
3.4. Necessary amendment shall be carried out within ten days from today.
4. With the aforesaid clarification, the application stands disposed of.
5. In view of the order dated 03/10/2011 wherein the Court directed the registry to place the matter for hearing on 11/10/2011, the registry is directed to take steps keeping in focus the order dated 03/10/2011 to list the petition for hearing in the cause list which may be prepared after reopening of the Court.
