It is submitted that in earlier round of litigation where the present petitioner had preferred a petition and orders thereon came to be passed, the respondent authority have now preferred Letters Patent Appeal and the said Letters Patent Appeal is presently pending before the Hon'ble Division Bench. The outcome of the said Letters Patent Appeal is, according to the submission by the learned advocate for the respondent, likely to have bearing on subject matter of present matter.
Under the circumstances, present petition is adjourned to 26.4.2012. In the meanwhile the respondent may file reply affidavit.
