ORDER R.DEVDAS J., (ORAL):
Learned counsel for the respondent No.3 has filed a memo dated 21.1.2019 stating that the respondent No.3 has passed an Official Memorandum dated 19.01.2019 to release the terminal benefits including the gratuity, GSI, EPF etc., to the petitioner. The learned counsel for respondent No.3 submits that the terminal benefits and other benefits as ordered in the Official Memorandum dated 19.01.2019 will be disbursed to the petitioner within 10 days from today.
2. Recording the said submission and taking the memo on record, the petition is disposed of as nothing further survives for consideration.
3. In view of the disposal of the main matter as above, I.A.No.1/2018 is also disposed of.
