JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to consider her representation dated 05.06.2017 and include her name in the patta relating to Survey No.14/1C, 14/1D and 14/1E of Kaniyampoondi Village, Avinasi Taluk, Tirupur District, within a time frame.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that, in spite of the petitioner's representation dated 05.06.2017 to include her name in the patta, the respondent has not passed any order so far.
3. Mr.Era Premnath, learned Government Advocate taking notice for the respondent submitted that the respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation, in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties.
4. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.06.2017 and pass orders in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties , within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With this observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
