This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction, directing the respondents particularly the 2nd Respondent to conclude the enquiry on the complaint given by the Petitioner dated 07.11.2016 within a time as stipulated by this Honourable Court and pass any other order as this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.
