Petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C.
2. According to the petitioner, he is apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No.644 of 2014 of the Chalissery Police Station.
3. The learned Public Prosecutor has pointed out that, to her instructions, the petitioner has not so far been arraigned as an accused in this crime and he is only a suspect. Presently, the Police does not want to arrest him in connection with the said crime. In case the Police wants to arrest him, he shall be given an opportunity to approach this Court under Section 438 Cr.P.C.
With the above observation, this bail application is closed.
