In view of the police report that the accused are involved in so many crimes, and also in view of the fact that the accused Nos.2 to 5 did not make surrender before the learned Magistrate as directed by this Court, on 25.8.2014, the learned counsel for the petitioners now submits that he would like to withdraw the Criminal Miscellaneous Case.

This submission is recorded and the Criminal Miscellaneous Case is dismissed as withdrawn.
