JUDGMENT / ORDER

The wife, who is the respondent in H.M.O.P.No.34 of 2017 pending on the file of the Subordinate Court, Thiruvarur, a petition filed by the respondent for divorce on the ground of cruelty, seeks transfer of the same to the file of the Subordinate Court, Ramanathapuram, to be tried along with H.M.O.P.No.45 of 2017 filed by her seeking restitution of conjugal rights.
2. The learned Counsel for the respondent/husband has no objection for transferring the proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.34 of 2017 pending on the file of the Subordinate Court, Thiruvarur, to the file of the Subordinate Court, Ramanathapuram.
3. Hence, H.M.O.P.No.34 of 2017 is withdrawn from the file of the Subordinate Court, Thiruvarur and transferred to the file of the Subordinate Court, Ramanathapuram. The Subordinate Court, Thiruvarur, is directed to transmit the papers in H.M.O.P.No.34 of 2017 to the file of the Subordinate Court, Ramanathapuram, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the same, the Subordinate Court, Ramanathapuram, is directed to dispose of both the petitions in H.M.O.P.No.34 of 2017 and H.M.O.P.No.45 of 2017 as early as possible.
4. In the result, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as above. No costs. Consequently, the connected civil miscellaneous petition is closed.
