JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT S. SHAH) In view of the order dated 30.7.2009 passed by the District Registrar of Co-operative Societies, Panchmahal at Godhra (Annexure O) under Section 107(1) of the Gujarat Co-operative Societies Act, 1961 for taking the petitioner society into liquidation, we are not inclined to entertain this petition.
The petition is, therefore, dismissed.
