Sri Amit Mahajan, learned counsel for the petitioner, who is the owner of the vehicle submits that the seized vehicle has already been released pursuant to the interim direction of this Court, therefore, the writ petition no longer survives.
Sri C.B. Tripathi, learned Special Counsel appearing for the respondent no.2 accepts the aforesaid statement.
In view of above, the petition is dismissed as infructuous.
