Learned counsel for the respondent has submitted that non mentioning of plot in question in the acquisition proceedings, this petition has come to be filed otherwise in case if the plot was mentioned in the acquisition notice, acquisition would have been in accordance with law.
However, since counsel for the petitioner is not present, put up this on 17th August, peremptorily.
Rejoinder affidavit, if any, may be filed by the next date fixed.
Learned counsel for the opposite undertakes to intimate this order to the counsel for the petitioner within 48 hours.
