The petitioner has filed the instant petition seeking a direction to the trial Court to decide Original Suit No. 251/2012, expeditiously, within a time stipulated by this Court.
The suit has been filed by the petitioner and is pending since the year 2012. A perusal of the order sheet reveals that although the suit is pending since a long time, but even the issues have not been framed so far.
Having regard to these facts, the instant petition is disposed of by directing the trial Court to make all endeavour to decide the suit, expeditiously, without granting unnecessary adjournments.
