Heard the counsel for the petitioner.
The present writ petition has been filed for a writ of mandamus directing the Board of Revenue, U.P at Allahabad i.e. the respondent no.1 to decide the Revision No.2651 of 2018, computerized Suit No.AL20180242002651 (Ashrfi Lal versus Gaon Sabha).
Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the aforesaid revision, it is directed that the Board of Revenue, U.P at Allahabad shall decide the aforesaid revision within a period of six months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him, in case there is no legal impediment in deciding the aforesaid revision in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
