Sri Vijay Raj Pal has filed his memo of appearance on behalf of the respondent-Union of India. The same is taken on record.
The petitioner seeks a writ of certiorari quashing the order dated 8.10.2013 passed by the respondent whereby his claim for grant of disability pension has been rejected. The disability certificate showing the nature of disability from which the petitioner is suffering has not been brought on record.
In view of above, the present petition cannot be entertained.
Dismissed as such.
It is open for the petitioner to challenge the order before the higher authority.
