The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial court to decide Misc. Case No.2 of 2011 expeditiously. The aforesaid case has been registered on the basis of an application filed by the petitioner for preparation of final decree in pursuance of preliminary decree passed in a partition suit. The application is pending since the year 2011.
Accordingly, the instant petition is disposed of by directing the trial court to make endeavour to conclude the proceedings relating to preparation of final decree expeditiously, without granting unnecessary adjournments.
