Vide order dated 26/07/2012, this Court had directed the learned counsel for the Official Liquidator to place on record all the inventories of the assets of M/s. Mardia Steel Ltd. (Company in Liquidation) from time to time, from the date on which the Official Liquidator took possession, till date, including inventories prepared by respondent No. 4 the Party in Person or any other Agency. The details regarding possession of the properties of the Company Liquidation at various points of time, were also directed to be given in chronological order. Further, the details and dates on which different Security Agencies were employed in the premises of Company in Liquidation, including the dates on which the said agencies took over and handed over charge, were to be indicated. No Report, as required by the above mentioned order, has been filed by the Official Liquidator.
On 14/08/2012, the matter was adjourned at the request of Dr. Amee Yagnik, learned advocate for the Official Liquidator. Today, the matter has been called out thrice, however, it is represented by Ms. S S Pathan, learned advocate on behalf of Dr. Amee Yagnik that Dr. Amee Yagnik is on her legs before another Court where the hearing of a matter is going on, therefore, the matter be adjourned.
The matter be listed on 8th October, 2012.
The needful be done on, or before, that date. If the details as required vide order dated 26/07/2012 are available with the Party-in-Person, he is also permitted to file an affidavit bringing on record the requisite information.
