(Per : HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE MR.BHASKAR BHATTACHARYA) These are applications for recalling of order dated February 1, 2012 passed by this Court by which this Court restored the appeals on condition that the applicants would remove the office objections within a week from the date of passing of such order. In default, it was stipulated, the appeals would stand dismissed.
After hearing the learned advocate for the appellants and after going through the explanation given in these applications, we are convinced that sufficient cause has been made out for non-compliance of our order dated February 1, 2012. We thus recall our order dated February 1, 2012 and restore the appeals on condition that the office objections must be removed by Friday next (30-3-2012). In default, these applications will stand dismissed.
The applications stand disposed of accordingly.
