Expedited. Mr.Dipak R. Dave, learned advocate for the respondent appears and waives service of rule.

Mr.Dave, learned advocate appearing for the respondent, states, on instructions, that the provident fund dues have been paid.

Meanwhile, it would be open for the petitioner to approach the respondent as well as the competent authority for release of amount of gratuity, if permissible under the law and the Rules of the respondent.
