Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The present petition has been filed seeking the following relief:
"Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to accept the petitioner's on- line application form duly filled up and submitted in pursuance of Advertisement No. 2/2020 issued by the U.P. Secondary Education Service Selection Board, Prayagraj treating it to be filled up and submitted in pursuance of Advertisement No. 1/2021 issued by the Board itself."
The contention raised by counsel for the petitioner has been duly considered by this Court in the judgement dated 06.08.2021, passed in Writ-A No. 9532 of 2021 (Akhileshwar Kumar and 30 others vs. State of U.P. and 2 others) wherein similar controversy was considered and decided by this Court. There is no reason not to agree with the said judgement.
Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed following the said judgement in the case of Akhileshwar Kumar and 30 others (supra).
Copy of the order downloaded from the website of Allahabad High Court shall be accepted/treated as certified copy of the order.
