Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Vikram Bahadur Singh, learned counsel for the respondent.
In compliance of the order of this Court, OMR Sheet was produced before this Court and the learned counsel for petitioner is also present before the Court along with Demand Draft of State Bank of India of Rs. 5000/- bearing no. 680910.
From the perusal of the OMR Sheet which was presented before this Court by the department, it clearly transpires that petitioner has been awarded correct marks and OMR sheet was correctly examined. The petitioner has relied upon his own carbon copy in which he could not identify two questions in which she had himself incorrectly darkened the circle, one in respect of question no.
138 and other in respect of question no. 148. In case of the former wrong option was darkened and in the later two circles were darkened. Petitioner's allegation fall on the ground and writ petition turns out to be absolutely frivolous.
The demand draft submitted to this Court is taken on record and the same shall be diverted to the Registrar General to be adjusted against the Legal Services Authority.
Writ petition is consigned to record.
