JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard Sri Amol Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for respondent nos.1 and 2, Sri Ran Vijay Singh, learned counsel for the respondent no.3 and Sri Ajay Kumar, learned counsel for the respondent nos.4 and 5.
By means of the present writ petition, the petitioner is challenging an order of rejection of the applicant's claim seeking transfer at Lucknow on the ground that there are sufficient number of vacancies in existence and in spite of that his claim has been rejected on the ground that there is no post available for transfer.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has advanced so many submissions, but without verifying the correct position of existence of vacancy, the controversy involved in the writ petition cannot be decided.
Accordingly, all the respondents are granted ten days' time to seek instructions in the matter in regard to existence of vacancy in Primary Schools as well as Upper Primary Schools in district Lucknow.
List this petition on 25.2.2021, as fresh.
