It is admitted to the petitioners that they have not performed their marriage as on date and the application is pending before the Registrar of the Marriage, Etawah.
It is contended that the marriage could not be performed on account of the petitioner no.2 being underage i.e. less then 21 years. However, both the petitioner Nos.1 & 2 have left their home in order to perform marriage and live an independent life.
This matter, therefore, is required to be placed before the Division Bench dealing with the couple cases.
Let the office place the matter before the appropriate Bench as fresh, if possible, on 26.06.2019, Order Date :- 24.6.2019 Himanshu
