Learned Standing Counsel submits that a first information report has been lodged in the matter.
Faced with this, Sri Akshay Kumar Shukla, learned counsel holding brief of Sri Nagendra Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners does not press the relief sought in the writ petition. He recasts his relief.
The only prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioners is that he may be permitted to approach the competent court/authority to take appropriate proceedings.
It is always open to the petitioner to avail the legal remedies applicable to his case.
The writ petition is disposed of.
