(By Sri.Vijay Kumar A.Patil, AGA) ... RESPONDENTS This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the 4th respondent to register a FIR upon the complaint of the petitioner dated 22.02.2019 (vide Annexure-C).
This Writ Petition coming on for Preliminary Hearing, this day, the Court made the following:-
ORDER Sri. Prithvi Raj B.N., learned counsel for the petitioner.
Sri. Vijay Kumar A.Patil, learned Additional Government Advocate for the respondents.
The petition is admitted for hearing. With the consent of learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Government Advocate for the respondents, the same is heard finally.
2. In this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner inter alia seeks a direction to the concerned police officer to register First Information Report in pursuance of the complaint submitted by the petitioner.
3. When the matter was taken up today, Mr.Vijay Kumar A.Patil, learned Additional Government Advocate for the respondents has produced a copy of the First Information Report which has been registered for the offences under Sections 498A, 35A read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 on the basis of the complaint submitted by the petitioner.
4. In view of the aforesaid submissions, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. Accordingly, Writ Petition is disposed of.
