Instant writ petition seeks quashing of the FIR dated 25.7.2018, registered as Case Crime No. 297 of 2018 at P.S. Jaithra, District Etah, under Sections 363, 366 IPC.
Counter affidavit has been filed. In paragraph no. 6 of which the Investigating Officer has stated that Final Report No. 82 of 2018 has been filed. It has also been stated in paragraph no. 4 of the counter affidavit that from the statement of the victim recorded under Sections 161 Cr.P.C. and Section 164 Cr.P.C., it appears that she was voluntarily in the company of petitioner no. 2.
In view of above, no cause of action survives. The writ petition is disposed off as infructuous.
